At Zarwaaz, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
🔁 Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
- Refunds are only issued in the form of a discount coupon or voucher, if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered.
- Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel (with video proof at the time of unboxing).
- If the claim is approved, you will receive a coupon of equal value, redeemable on your next online order.
🔄 Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, only if:
- The product is in absolute original condition
- Tags are uncut, and packaging is intact
- The product has not been worn, washed, or used
We currently offer 2 options for exchange:
Option 1: Home Pickup & Exchange
- Our courier partner will collect the product and deliver your new item.
- A Rs. 250 exchange service fee applies.

- Product to Exchange (with video)
- New required product & size
📹 Attach a video clearly showing the product with tags and packaging.
Option 2: Self-Courier Exchange (No Charges)
- Send the product via any traceable courier service (TCS, Leopard, etc.) to our address below:

Include the following: - Your Name & Order Number
- Product you’re returning
- New required product and size
- Reason for exchange
Once we inspect and approve, we’ll ship the exchanged item.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability

- If a discount code was used during purchase, it cannot be reused on the exchanged item
