🔁 Refund Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
• Refunds are only issued in the form of a discount coupon or voucher, if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered.
• Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel (with video proof at the time of unboxing).
• If the claim is approved, you will receive a coupon of equal value, redeemable on your next online order.

🔄 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, only if:

• The product is in absolute original condition
• Tags are uncut, and packaging is intact
• The product has not been worn, washed, or used

We currently offer 2 options for exchange:

Option 1: Home Pickup & Exchange

• Our courier partner will collect the product and deliver your new item.
• A Rs. 250 exchange service fee applies.

Option 2: Self-Courier Exchange (No Charges)

Once we inspect and approve, we’ll ship the exchanged item.

The order can be cancelled by customer any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped return and exchange policy will be applied.
